The Royal Enfield Original Bullet Motorcycle goes to full advance well below 2,000 RPM's. If you have installed a higher compression piston you may want to consider replacing one of the stock distributor springs with one of these heavy-duty springs which will move full spark advance into a higher RPM range to help prevent pre-detonation and pinging.
