    Looks Great! Functional too!

The rack looks great! Awesome addition to my military green C5. Ordered Chrome version. The rear struts had to be bent inwards slightly to fit properly, but install was easy and again, it looks great! Functionally, it holds up well also. Already went on a road trip with ~15-20 lb. bag strapped to it. No issues whatsoever.

    Sturdy Rack

No bending/adjustments needed, bolted right on. The silver anti corrosive swabbed at the weld points are a bit unsightly, but the rest of the chrome seems sound as is the rest of the unit, very sturdy, functional & attractive. I would recommend for solo seat add on.

    Another blackout for me!

Well made, but required a bit of tweaking to fit the mounts. Wasn't a problem and I'm happy with the unit.

    Needs fitment

This rack seems sturdy enough, but is not square in any dimension and will require fitment to get it to work. Had to bend the front anchor points to fit the shock mounts and shortened and re-drill the rear tabs - they were over an inch too long.

    C5 Black Rack

Posted by Unknown on 17th Feb 2015

It took me an hour and 15 minutes to install a rack that should have taken 15 minute to install. Although, to be fair, the motorcycle's build quality didn't help. The mounts where bent and twisted, especially the fronts. In the picture the rack is level. However, my rack is horribly sloped forward because the front mounts are too short (front 3/8" above fender, back 1 1/4" above fender). Additionally, the paint job is unacceptable. I would get a better finish if I were to spray paint it in my basement while someone was cutting wood on a table saw next to me. Disappointing, to say the least. Especially considering the price.

Very well made, though a small amount of tweaking was necessary to get a good fit.
